Well, errors can happen, but in that case it could destroy your setup. A wrong data file slipped through the online doors of the famous anti virus company and all of a sudden, the viruskillers which updated with that file tagged normal applications as ilegitimate. Among those Excel:

So, the error was corrected only a few hours after the initial release, but if you have 100s of thousand users, such an update makes a horrible round trip for sure!
