Software Channels

Folks, sorry, we had a little downtime of 15 minutes this morning, my server configuration capabilities are limited and I have mixed some little problems to a real issue cocktail, so we had to reboot the cluster finally (which takes around 15 minutes and needs to be done in the right order). Also some database errors were shown in the member area - which were reported by our “always on guard” merchants. Thanks for that.

It can be very helpful, to run a site as a community, and some of the merchants here are really caring for our little sales channel! For those, who really start living from the sales you do on tradebit, it is crucial that we function and are up - we understand that. So, if you do not have my personal mobile number or the ICQ number and Skype ID of Robert (aka Neo), and you start to do serious amounts of sales here, shoot me an email, so I can welcome you to the “hotline”.

Hopefully my new configuration holds over the weekend, then we will do another reboot and should be double as fast and double as stable!
