In any case, no address was requested, so that it was impossible that I could be sent a hard copy. I was unable to download anything, and I have not received an email attachment. The purchase was made on the 7th of October. It is now the 13th of October. I have contacted manualsupport(at)gmail.com three times about this and have received no response of any kind.
