Some of you already noticed the new upload page, which we call Wizard. The magic of that page is, that it tries to recognize the file format you try to publish and starts to create a preview, an assigned picture and a thumbnail automatically.

If you upload a video (like on youtube), the page recognizes AVI, MPEG and some other formats and creates a flash movie file (.flv) out of it. What once was a bit tricky in the member area should now be much easier for the casual publisher.

The page also thumbs a little picture out of your photos for previews or creates a picture from a pdf file.

Publishing on tradebit with that tool should be MUCH easier now and you may start selling your downloads for a 15% sales commission instantly.

Please note, that the wizard accepts only uploads of a maximum of 60 MB. That could be too small for longer movies. If you start to share large files, please sign up and use the FTP functionality for power publishers!

We still avoid DRM functions on your files, for several good reasons.
