Yesterday night our hoster ThePlanet faced a serious outage on their H1 data center. We are luckily located in the H2 and all servers are running.

Nonetheless did that explosion take down their nameservers. For that we were unable to look up buyers email addresses and download mails were delivered as Linux system mails. It is most likely, that half of the buyers did not get these emails because they end up in SPAM folders very often!

We have shifted nameservers and the mails should reach your buyers now!
