Folks - we have experienced technical problems in the last 6 hours.

Update:
All IPN requests from paypal went into NIL for 7 hours from 6pm to 1am EST. That happened due to an IP problem on the new servers that we accidentally caused. We have identified our error, improved the security measurements and connectivity setup and do hope that something like that will not happen again.

I made my purchase at 8:51 pm (U.S. Eastern Daylight Time) August 20. Will I get the email with the download code, or do I just get a refund and have to reorder? (I sent you an email last night also.)

I ordered a manual last night. PayPal immediately sent me a receipt, but I never got the email from you guys. After reading your web page, I see that you intend to refund this. My question is, is it safe for me to go ahead and reorder now, or do I need to wait and see if my original order suddenly comes through?

I still have not received a refund from you into my PayPal account. Since the product number I purchased does not exist on your system, and I cannot download the file, I would like a refund.

Folks, we will refund all the missing sales from that timeframe. It is safe to reorder, but we need some time to go through all reported missing files. Please mail to tickets[at]tradebit.com with your order info and give us 48hrs to process the request. Chuck - did you mail to our ticket system?

If I reorderd the item how can I be sure it get’s through this time and I actually get an email with the download code? What time do you expect to be through the queue?

Chuck, if you still got no confirmation email from us, I’d rather expect a general spam filter for our download info.

we recently tried to download the manual for an Artic Cat 2007 and were unable to completely download the manual. I understand that you are currently experiencing difficulties with the site but would appreciate a response to this problem. I would like to have confirmation when the site is back up and are able to download this manual. I would also like confirmation that I was not charged for this download that I was unable to get. Thank you for you cooperation in this matter.

I purchased a repair manual for a Cub_Cadet 7264 diesel and the manual was not the correct one. I notified Tradebit inc immediately and as of yet have not received any response from them. The repair manual that they supplied is useless to me and now I cannot contact any one from Tradebit inc. is this a scam outfit or what. rcomposto@aol.com. also rcomposto@att.net

richard, if you have mailed to tickets(at)tradebit.com with your purchase details and the problem description, I am sure our support will give you a refund. that could take some time, especially over the weekend… if you do not have a refund on sunday, mail me directly with the details to puzzler(at)tradebit.com, ok?

j’ai eu 1 email de confirmation Paypal avec le N° de recu : 2132-8878-1886-8413 et le prélèvement bancaire a bien été effetué mais je n’ai toujours pas recu ce manuel !
