Server downtime
While implementing some of the new changes on tradebit today, we awfully messed up!
Today the database cluster went down and took everything with it because I basically applied a wrong command to the servers.
Between 2pm and 6pm EST the site was unavailable and no sales have been registered.
If you are a direct seller, please check your paypal payments from Sunday and see, if they are registered on Tradebit.
Our webservers have been switched off and no sales from Tradebit pages itself should have gone lost.
We apologize for that and will take steps to improve our backup systems to not produce a 4 hours window of downtime anymore!

Not funny was that this error spawned around 5000 error messages and our email provider thought we are nuts and blocked the email, too!
now everything is back to normal operations – I love these sundays

I placed an order for a manual on Sunday. I paid for this twice and still have no download. How do I get my money back on one of the transactions and how do I get my download? This is a somewhat urgent matter.
