Tradebit Crash - Friday 2pm to 6pm EST
This went out to our merchants (if subscribed to the mailing list) today:
Dear merchants and partners,
today between 2pm and 6pm EST (e.g New York) our Tradebit cluster
crashed and the whole system started to act funny.
It took us some time to get everything back up and work properly
again - I apologize for any inconvenience in that time.
We are in the process of adding more servers right now!
Some paypal notifications could have gone missing and you might
want to check, if you received payments directly but the sale
was not registered in the member area. If that is the case you
can create “Shortlinks” in the SALES area (in the left hand menu).
The system is back to normal operations now.
Buyers with missing download codes can be forwarded to
tickets(at)tradebit.com
we will investigate then.
