Layout tweaks - every byte counts
Today we have updated the layout of tradebit slightly. The main reason was to lower the amount of graphical elements on the pages. With all these little GIFs in the navigation menu, we had some extra requests to the servers and since we constantly try to improve, we tried to lower the overall count of the elements on the page by 6. That looks still OK, I guess!
Do not be confused, we moved the login box around and the search field is now under the logo. Less requests to the servers means faster delivery and faster delivery hopefully also means better conversions. Not sure, if a perfect graphical appearance has any influence on that, but we will see!
