Support requests - now faster
We finally hired 2 more people on the 1st of February to help us in monitoring support requests and the copyright violations that sometimes happen on tradebit. I hope that this will speed up the reponse times and create solutions to your problems much quicker! The new colleagues will need some time to really get into the whole platform and to learn the best ways to solve problems.
Our goal is to lower the average response time to requests to below 24 hours. Under the week, this goal is almost reached. On weekends we still are a bit beyond, but that should improve in the next 2 weeks!
We also have more time to get back to development and implement new features, which are missed in the VIP area.

i order and recieved a repair manual…. for a 61 evinrude 40 hp outboard motor….
i was sent a manual for a 60 hp motor intead…i need the one for 40 can you help me. i already paid for it and got a manual that dont help me
