The big password reset
Hi folks!
Today we got note that someone (I guess this happened in the hack attack a few days back) had access to our user database.
To prevent any unauthorized access to your accounts, we have reset your password and mailed you automatically the new one to your paypal payout address. This step is absolutely necessary and I apologize for any problems this might cause.
Please check your inbox with the new password to your account. Updating over 30,000 accounts and sending emails does take time, so it could be your account is still on the list to be changed.
It is however a good idea to update your passwords in general, if you use the same password in many places. Thanks to the hacker themselves that they did not kill any entries and did basically no harm to the system.
Tomorrow the new layout will be rolled out!

I wouldn’t say they did no damage.
They managed to get into PayPal accounts and charge up a bunch of money.
I for one took a $600.00 hit.
If you haven’t, You need to let PayPal know where all of this came from.
There were also a stack of Charge Backs from TradeBit that your going to have to sort out.
Hopefully you will be able to take measures so this doesn’t ever happen again.
