New servers in place
Today I activated 3 new frontend servers of the tradebit cluster! I hope you can see some significant increase in speed while browsing the site!
Next week we want to import some new products into the tradebit catalog which will definitely put additional load on the cluster. In preparation to this we added more hardware and changed the architecture of the cluster accordingly. For that I had to restart some machines and these cluster nodes were offline for about 2 minutes. I hope you did not face any problems in uploading or accessing the site. All work is finished now and we are back on track.
