I have just updated the affiliate page and linking method. Partners are now able to link to any page on tradebit and sales out of these visits will be counted system-wide. So partners, who just want to promote manuals or sound effects can pick their favourite landing page here. We have also hired a guy who started to talk to potential partners directly and motivate new affiliates for the whole system. Make sure you have an attractive commission rate in your setup!
The next few days I will try to implement a feature request from Jasons of plpdownloads: He asked me to enable a "payment of downloads by list-sign up". That means: he wants to offer file downloads for people who sign up to a mailing list, for example. I think this is quite a nice idea and hopefully I can implement a simple and strong way to achieve that functionality.
As soon as it works, I will update you here. The "payment via credit cards" project is also in full swing, but also fully under Martins control. Updates will roll out the next few days, so stay tuned!
