A short note for buyers and merchants: We have received a couple (around a dozen) email requests in the past 8 hours, stating that after payment with a credit card (direct payment, not paypal) no download code was received.
We have now taken a real detailed look into all configurations and setups and came to only one possible explanation: The backbone communication with our payment provider and our servers in Houston and Dallas have been malfunctioning. The payment providers work, our servers work - just not together
After testing the purchase process, we think everything is stable again, but with unstable connectivity, you can never be sure. We will have a close watch on the communication between the systems in the next 10 hours to verify stability.
If you have paid and NEVER gotten your download token: mail us to tickets(at)tradebit.com, so we can cancel that transaction and get you your money back. Sorry for the hassle - the routing between our servers and the payment processing company is out of our reach

We had no reports with Paypal, though - just BSCS was affected!
Update: the problem continues from side of the payment processor: we have disabled Credit Card payments for now and notified our partner that their systems are unable to reach us… we are pretty sure, that it is not our fault!
By the way: there are no problems with Paypal AND we accept also credit cards via paypal WITHOUT registration…
And all back to normal – credit cards have been enabled again. Our payment provider admitted to a network problem on their side and we are also sorry for that.
