Network issues in the past 2 days…

A short note for buyers and merchants: We have received a couple (around a dozen) email requests in the past 8 hours, stating that after payment with a credit card (direct payment, not paypal) no download code was received.

We have now taken a real detailed look into all configurations and setups and came to only one possible explanation: The backbone communication with our payment provider and our servers in Houston and Dallas have been malfunctioning. The payment providers work, our servers work – just not together :-(

After testing the purchase process, we think everything is stable again, but with unstable connectivity, you can never be sure. We will have a close watch on the communication between the systems in the next 10 hours to verify stability.

If you have paid and NEVER gotten your download token: mail us to tickets(at)tradebit.com, so we can cancel that transaction and get you your money back. Sorry for the hassle – the routing between our servers and the payment processing company is out of our reach :-(…

We had no reports with Paypal, though – just BSCS was affected!
