I have never been there July/August. But the usage of A/C is much much lower in Germany, so I sit in a quite hot office and have all the windows open right now! It used to scare the heck out of me each time, but now I know it is just part of the process. It is a great time to step back and look at where everything is and where you want it to go as well as to get some good coding sessions in without too much customer support hassles!
