The power of Video Marketing
Last year, I did that nice little site for the Opel GT together with the famous and smart marketing experts of McCann Erickson. They had that good Web 2.0 idea of letting users upload videos, where they post their voices and be rated then by the community. Good stuff and funny videos there!
But honestly, I think that is just the beginning of a new way of “Web 2.0″ marketing. Once the marketing folks out there get over the buzzword and stop calling everything with rounded table corners 2.0 the real power of the community will unveil - stuff like secondlife.com is indeed very promising.
I expect the videos will get interactive with hyperlinks on the characters or even the objects, where the info of the person, the car or the coke is just a click away… then we will have some fun with clickable videos.
Wait, wasn’t that a business plan I saw in 1996? Errrr.. ![]()

Having clickable videos and interactive with hyperlinks on the characters and objects on the site mentioned would be very cool and fun to view at.
