As a merchant on tradebit, your buyers are YOUR buyers. In your sales statistics page you might export all sales from specific dates or everything to a CSV file.

You also have the filter option for all sales of a specific file.

With that export you might create your own marketing process or import your customers to your CRM (customer relationship managment) system.
