Affiliate collections revisited
We currently provide a very technical approach to the affiliate functionality on tradebit. You register, pick the files you want to promote from the HUGE list on this page:
and you have a lot of integration work on your side to do. We want to ease that approach by providing an open XML (or RSS) interface where you can pick up products by search terms. This enhancement will take some time and I have not been working too much in the affiliate area myself in the past 2 years. We will find out, what power affiliate really need to promote the downloads on tradebit with nice gadgets and the like and update the pages accordingly.
More changes will roll out during April! First we have to find a few more bugs in the member area and kill those!
