We are registered - finally!
It just takes some time, but starting an US corporation is not really hard to do, once you have a social security number. That is really the hard part. But since I was living in the states some time, I still got that number and the rest was just playing around with the red tape until you got it solved. And now, finally, we are also officially registered as an Internet hosting corporation with the US copyright office:
IMHO important, because we can not control every file, our users upload!
That registration gives you some form of protection, if you remove the illegal content quickly after you get a notification of complaints…
