Trouble Ticket System
Due to the increased load on Tradebit, we are currently testing a ticket system. It is an open source system called OTRS (http://otrs.org/) and all incoming mails, which are not privately for myself are now saved as a trouble ticket. It has a nice web interface and single support cases can now be handled by teams.
This should take some load off my shoulders in the next days, so i can focus on new functionality for the platform. It also comes with a nice FAQ-generator and shows you, what questions have been asked most and where the problems are in your software. I hope we can improve Tradebit based on the experience we make with the trouble ticket system.
As soon as we have a serious amount of FAQs together we will publish the links to the solution. You may test it yourself, if you mail a question to us to “tickets(at)tradebit(dot)com” which now creates an open trouble ticket.

Joe, let us refund you! Looks like Mobipocket has real problems with their servers and we have not been notified about the length of that maintenance period!
