Ralf, while I love your website in theory, you really have to rewrite your file management system as it is broken. Some of my emails to support (with sensitive information removed)

________

I just figured out what the problem was... spaces in the filename. You guys should probably replace these illegal characters, because your download system is terribly broken. How could you allow users to upload files which cannot be downloaded properly? My problem is "solved" now, so don't bother, but this is really incredible.

I've just tested the file download function and it is incredibly broken. When a user tries to buy my file on PayPal, "************" - they receive a download link, and go to the TradeBit download page. Then the file downloads with the name "*****" [the first word of the filename] and NO FILE EXTENSION. This file is therefore unusable unless customers rename it, which is not at all acceptable.

What is going on here? Am I missing something?
