A lot of people are joining tradebit to host MP3 files for their myspace pages. Well, nothing against that, but we continously kick people again for uploading chart songs or other illegal files. Most of these users are young online geeks and gals who just want to share their favourite song with their friends and got no violation of copyright in their mind. Nevertheless is ripping a song from a bought CD and uploading it just illegal. If you can stream it to myspace, anyone can download it, even if its tagged “private” here.

So, to avoid the C&D letter from the lawyer, make sure you have to right to publish that file!
