Paint Shop Pro XI and Windows Vista
Corels great PaintShopPro is supposed to run on Vista, but somehow I am unable to get it to work! The patches they provide do not install and everything is out of hand here
Too bad, I think I have to move over to PhotoImpact! After years of working with Paint Shop I really hate to switch - even the tradebit logo was created in Paint Shop, but spending hours does not justify in my case. Meanwhile I run Vista completely without Aero, because some of the applications switch back anyhow and the whole software market seems to be taken by suprise, that Vista is really out. According to google analytics, Vista is growing fast. Right now with a 0.71% market share among our visitors - measured within a week with over 1 Mio. users!
I would expect the software industry to come up with Vista ready products much faster - or did I already mess up my fresh installation?

I’m still running PSP 7.0, and I’m on Vista, and it’s working great. I was thinking of getting XI, but if it’s gonna give me fits… guess I’ll stay where I’m at.
