Software Channels

Last week we started to update the layout and design of Tradebit.com here on our local development machines. Our intention is to straighten out the colors, fonts and positions of the navigation elements and clean up some mess on Tradebit which was created over the past 2 years.

We have finished the new design locally and looked at it with the Internet Explorer: a total layout desaster. While everything was set nicely with style sheets for Firefox and tested with Opera and Safari under Mac, the IE7 on Vista created a totally different impression.

Especially margins and padding definitions in style sheets are simply ignored by IE. We are fixing that right now and hopefully show you a new layout by end of the day.
