Google and SUN join forces to combat “badware”
eWeek writes about it in their article here and I have pointed out the problems in my blog serveral times already.
As producers of our own browser plug-in with thousands of users, we know how important trust is and how easy it can be to sniff data from users. It was about time that some bigger companies, which were born on the net, take action. With their company motto of not “doing evil” and SUN “green servers”, I guess we have 2 serious companies at the topic now.
