The redwoods are tall forms of life that have been living for over 1400 years. This project brings the sound and energy of these life forms into your being to absord some of that majestic grandness and wisdom - and exchange your stress for comfort.
This CD has 21 locations of California redwood forest sound from wood, water, wind, rhythm of insects from locations at the project that are arranged to align with the flow of energy along the spine. These energy areas are called chakras in India or lines of "chi" flow as known in Eastern cultures.

Listen to the sounds of the tall redwood trees recorded under permit at Armstrong Redwoods State Reserve along the California coast of Sonoma wine country. This CD takes you through 21 different locations of sound from soft water falls to birds and wind through the great redwood trees and sounds at the base of a 1400 year old redwood. These sounds are softly sequenced from one to another and arranged to mirror the way energy flows through the body along the spine.
Recorded in binaural stereo which records sound the way we hear it using simulation of the shape of head and delicate reflections of sound from our ears. The result brings the sound to you to feel every leaf, sense the water in front of you, and hear the intricate sounds of nature around you until you are there. This CD will transport you away from the stresses of the day. The non-structured sound of nature is beneficial for studying, relaxation, meditation, yoga, exercise, and enjoyment.
There are two tracks:
TRACK 1: 15 minute short meditation mix for short break.
TRACK 2: 45 minutes length for yoga and deeper relaxation.
