Details:
Full Circle - While this is our first CD as a band, vocalist Jeff Kerwin has been recorded mutiple times and appears on several CD's including two with lead guitarist Mark Wilson as former members of the Detroit based band "Backburner". Bassist Bob Gordon has been an independent song writer/artist for the last 10 years. Rythm guitarist Tom Minchew and drummer Chris Lupica have been in and out of the music scene for many years...picking up where they left off to round out this high powered energetic rock band.
Here is our story/theme, if you will, of our first CD release "Behind The Wall"....When time passes by we often wonder if this is the path we were meant to follow? We search long and hard to reconcile the reality of what is now with the destiny of what will follow. This mystery can only be understood when faith leads us to recognize that we need not fear the unknown...when we can face the ending in light of a new beginning...when we can open the door and see what lies...Behind The Wall.
The Songs:
1. Intro: Foreplay - short pieces of each song with heavy effects and subtle moaning! Hopefully creating the desire to want more.
2. Look Out - Pure energy - crank it up!
3. Behind The Wall - This song rocks - it has an 80's feel to it.
4. Never Walk Alone - Lyrically Deep - this song starts out slower then picks it up for the chorus.
5. Fade Away - This song has as much energy as any on the CD - Lyrically is where the emotion is as it reflects on loosing someone and never allowing their memory to Fade Away.
6. Let It Out - The tile says it all - We let it out
7. Then & Now - Driving edge - has two parts to the song... the intro "then" followed by the up beat tempo of "Now"
8. Don't Ask Me Why - Our Ballad - High energy in the middle and end.
9. Your Smile - This is a fun song - we feel that it has a bit of a Bon Jovi feel to it.
10. My Love's on Fire - Remember the Scorpions? With some of the riffs in this song you will.
11. The Door - This song catures the musical talents of each member including the full range of Jeff's vocals. Play it LOUD!!!
