Joe began his career as Lead Vocalist and Guitarist of prominant New York Rock Band Eight. The band received tremendous praise for their song, "Faultlines," which spawned a video featuring ABC mornings, Kelly Ripa. Shortly thereafter Joe began a new project w/ ex Bravado lead singer, Darrin Tarruli. Together they created "Lushlifekills."

During the midst of all this Joe created an introspective solo effort that was far from his usual rock efforts. This album is much more subdued and emotional. Although the songs may be on the moodier side, they are still catchy and quite enjoyable.
