I am a self-taught musician, and i have been playing professionally for 15 years, and have been writing songs for almost that long. I have been living and working in the southeast where I played in numerous bands as well as performing constantly as a solo act. I am currently playing and living in Colorado at 10000 ft.
This cd was recorded at Elixir Studio in Athens GA. The main tracks were cut in may '97, live in one or two takes with just me and the guitar and harmonica. I added the harmonies and second guitar parts in may 2000. a total of 2 days in the studio. not much production involved. Sounds like me sitting there playing and singing live, cause it basically is. the songs are a mixture of sentiments.
