Details:
The Casket Crew was formed in 2001 by members James Rodrock and Jesse Newland. They hail from the high altitude Rockies and hope to bring their brand of metal to the World. After a couple of months of writing material, the band brought on board bass player Pete Carstensen.They then began laying tracks for their debut album " Poor mans coffin " they hired Bart McCrorey of Motaland Records to lay the tracks, and he actually recorded the bass tracks as well. The Casket Crew has now been joined by Dan on Bass, and Hank on Lead guitars. The record entitled Poor man's Coffin was released in Dec. 2004 the full length album contained songs such as " Evil act of the day",Life or Limb,and Ignite a blaze to name a few.
The band is currently writing material for their new album "A Somber Ceremony" And it is sure to send out shock waves among the metal community. The band has a new website being built and should be up and running in a few weeks with shows following very soon thanks again and be sure to check out the web page.www.thecasketcrew.com.
