Canvas: the human was formed towards the end of 2003.At their first show Chris beat himself in the face with a chair. Canvas: the human began playing shows on a regular basis and formed a strong local following. After about a year and a half of playing all over the tri-state area they decided they needed to record everything they had created thus far onto a full length 15 song CD. They invested over 3,000 dollars in a home studio to make the CD the way they wanted. After a few months of recording they finally had a finished product, a 15 song, hour of music entitled âPut on a Suitâ. They released the album at a show on December 23rd 2005(festivus) at the local Tuscan Café. They are now playing shows again on a regular basis and are planning on touring the east coast in the summer of 2006. Also in the works is their next piece of music which will be an EP called "jungle juice". The EP will be a concept CD about the going to the jungle without your keys. So sick.
