Allen Thomsen - Lead Vocals

Allens confidence is backed by his many years of experience. Allen started singing and writing at the age of 4! At age 14, Allen began playing guitar and molding his in your face aggressive vocal style. Allens goal of, writing songs that have real meaning and appeal to a wide audience, ring true in 4 belows music. Ozzy, Metallica, and The Violent Femmes have been the fuel for Allens musical inspirations.


Tommy Gilliland - Lead Guitar

Tommy started playing guitar when he was only eight years old! Over Tommys career, his guitar style has evolved into a powerful one guitar sound maintaining freshness without chemical additives or preservatives. His goal is simple, yet uncommon, to be as successful as I can by being myself and playing the music I believe in. Tommys musical influences are Metallica, Van Halen, and the love of playing.


Dan Woody - Bass

Woody has continued to play bass guitar for many years and, at the advent of 4 Belows 2nd. CD recording project, has transformed his style into a smooth and groovy tone that hits you in the gut! Woody has a broad range of musical interests that range from Savoy Brown, Led Zepplin, Hendrix and Santana, all of which have inspired Woody to continue to grow as a musician.


Matt Van Meter - Drums

Matts playing has transformed over the fifteen years he has been drumming, into one of the most complex, syncopated, and unpredictable styles of drumming around and abroad. Matt has learned this form of drumming through his discipline and love of playing. His talent does not stop at the drums however. Matt is also a creative songwriter on the guitar and has written many of 4 Belows songs. Matts major influences start with his parents and continue with the bands Rush, Dave Matthews Band, and Led Zeppelin
