Details:
Still free to breathe is Clif's limited edition debut CD of independently produced original folk ukulele tunes.

Started off playing the violin and clarinet in elementary school. Changed over to the electric bass in high school when a local rock band needed a bass player. Played in various Grateful Dead cover bands during college before losing touch during medical school and residency.

Came to Hawai'i in 1990 after teaching English in Indonesia for two years. Been living on and off in Hawai'i since then, with relocations to New York and Seattle along the way for medical training. Living in the Tokyo area from 2003 to 2006, and now back in Hawai'i full-time.

Suffered a wrist injury in 2004 while studying Aikido in Japan, which meant an early retirement from both Aikido and performing cataract surgery. Turned to the ukulele for physical rehab, and discovered a new source of inspiration.

The songs on our debut CD were composed during the latter half of 2005, and recorded in our independent studio in Japan.

Hope you enjoy ! - Clif
