Taking the dream-music concept even further. . .

CURRENT (Robert Solheim) releases his 5th album, The Dream Cabinet, after his critically acclaimed releases "Communion.â (2003) and âunderCURRENTsâ (2005).

"The Dream Cabinet started out with the idea of watching someoneâs dream, like, entering into a "Dream Cabinet" and watching/experiencing a dream. These idea stuck with, me and after that, all tracks as they developed represented a state of a dreaming-mind, outside and inside The Dream Cabinet, the more upbeat tracks representing the outside and the more âambientâ tracks the inside. It is a kind of a concept album, as my last CD Communion which was inspired by Whitely Stribers book by the same name, but at the same time, I like to keep the tracks independent of each other. You can âseeâ it like a kind of a story or you can just put the CD player on random and feel every track as they are".
