Instrumental Jazz all original songs
9 MP3 Songs
JAZZ: Jazz Fusion, JAZZ: Smooth Jazz
Details:
Charles has composed in a number of different genres, jazz, classical, gospel, instrumental and has worked as a song writer at MRC music in New York as well as played with or opposite such diverse musicans as the Miles Davis rythmn section in studio, and Jimmy Hendrix and the Beach Boys on stage. Most solo work on this album is on saxaphone, flute or fluglehorn.
Charles and Mary have recorded 13 CDs between 1975 and the 2006.
For some years I have wanted to make an instrumental jazz cd and this is it. All songs are written and arranged by myself over the last ten years with the exception of Two Blue which is a spontaneous improvisation recorded live in 1965. The Wind went Rushing was written in the 60's but never recorded until the present.
As always I thank my wife Mary for her understanding and help on this project
Take a deep breath and listen
