Marty Paris has been around music for a long clock As a lover of music for his integral life, he has a liberal rank of musical tastes: from 70's rock to authoritative it's hard to put Marty in a corner. Playing his first gig with a band at his 7th grade talent show put the wheels in motion. And those wheels have been turning ever since.

Marty is the songwriter, singer and guitarist behind 88 Skulls. He recorded First Rites in his recording studio he calls 'Studio 5'.


The 88 Skulls project is more of an ideology than a band; so don't expect them to go on tour anytime soon. Marty writes all the material and records most of the music himself. He also collaborates with a lot of talented musicians on individual songs. "It's all about working on things you love with people you like hanging out with. As long as I can do that, 88 Skulls will have life."

The full length LP is due out in April '06.
