The John Reece Project ........ Funky Smooth Jazz!
The John Reece Project was formed to showcase the music of Detroitâs finest jazz, blues soul and pop musicians.

The project includes many of Detroits finest artists working together to create a NEW DETROIT SOUND. The project is made possible by help from local web designers, producers, videographers, staff members of the Cranbrook Institute of Science, music attorneys, friends, relatives and the musicians who believe in the music.

The projects most recent song âThe Time Has Comeâ featuring clips of George Bush is circling the world on internet radio.

Project musicians include: Touring Blues Man and Detroit Blues Society's "Solo Artist of the Year" Paul Miles, master guitarist Glen Eddy (check out his CD "FireStorm" on his CD Baby page), drummers Diamond Dave, Rob Schneider, Tone Styles and Mike Paradise, Lead vocalist Christina Morgan, guitarists/song writers Frank Oesterling and Fred Gossman, keyboardist/song writer Jeff Davis, bassist Reggie Taylor, percussionist Patty Evans, saxophonist Tom "Spagetti" King, Vocalists Robin and Ronda Pierce and Pamela Pierce Fuller ("Stubbs Girls" neices of Four Tops Levi Stubbs) and keyboardist Renaldo Copeland of The Miracles.

Thanks to all who helped with the project and to all who came to this website to hear the new music.

sincerely,

John Reece
