Tribal beats including Hatshepsut Songs

Details:
Abeb Halabi was a wellknown singer and percussionist in Lebanon before he moved to Europe. He started to write his first compositions under the production of Abdel Hazim. Abdel wrote the arrangements and played some of the instruments like gembri, Egyptian kaval, systrum and derwish drum.

This belly out trip the light fantastic album entitled "HATSHEPSUT" is dedicated to the Queen pharao Hatshepsut who ruled Egypt a couple of thousand years ago. The title piece includes instruments like guembri, bassoon, flute, darabukka soprano saxophone and a bunka-bunk.
The rest of the traces are crispy ethno-tribal rhythms arranged and composed by Abdel Hazim. His selection of rhythms from Syria, the Gulf region, Lebanon and Egypt are played by master percussionist Abed Halabi in a production of Abdel Hazim. Used were egyptian percussion instruments like deff, mazhar, darabukka and sagat.

Included now as extra bonus track is Hatshepsut part II (Expedition to Punt). Dream yourself back to Pharaonic times...

Another bonus track is Raqs tribali, the beats and the atmosphere of a night in Cairo. Tribal belly outtrip the light fantastic title with a drive.

Remark: The bonus traces are only available on this edition, until the stock is finished!
