Jack Overbay of Middlesboro, KY has been playing guitar and singing for years. With diverse musical influences ranging from The Beatles and Jimi Hendrix to Pearl Jam and Metallica, the singer-songwriter has developed a style all his own, primarily centered around his skills as a guitarist and vocalist. Having been the lead singer and guitarist for several bands, he is no stranger to performing and sharing his music with others. Jackâs sound is mellow, but his lyrics and guitar work remain extraordinarily strong and raw. He draws on his own experiences and imagination to write and play jaw-dropping songs that are influenced by the musicians that have gone before him - from a variety of genres- while being extremely personal and original.

His three previous independent recordings, supported by numerous live shows, have prepared him for the release of his first full-length studio recording as a solo artist, entitled Better Than Yesterday. âIâve never been prouder of anything else Iâve done musically,â says Jack.
