This recording is a unique balance for me. For those who have heard me play much, it does not represent my traditional repertoire. It is rather a very mello collection of pieces that I have found are more prone to passing through a room rather than overtaking it. Not being the technical triumph that I've always longed for, this rather fills a different facet for me. It is a consoling recording. A thought embracing recording. A recording which for me represents a period of my life...in a respect life is only two things; long hellos, and long goodbyes, for me, this proved to be the latter.
