ROCK: Glam, ROCK: 50's Rock

Details:
This is the concept CD of John Andersson's (lyrics) and Michael Raco-Rands' (music) Sci-Fi Rock and Roll Musical GENERATOR GIRL which premiered in 2001 at the American Renegade Theater (Los Angeles, California).

Generator Girl Synopsis:
Angie, a suburban Cinderella, on a journey spanning two universes, must transcend familial and mythic dysfunction as she meets up on a cosmic blind date with the sheltered recluse Bacus Protorious, creator of femmes fatales whom he showcases in intergalactic broadcasts. In his tower populated by Cyclops Go-Go Bots, an evil ex-Roller Derby Queen, and literally captive audiences, this Sci-Fi Fable of two selves in search of self, reaches it's shattering climax as Angie battles in the Maximus against death itself.

Does Angie escape Death?
Does Protorious Gain Redemption?

MICHAEL RACO-RANDS/lead guitarist of the Punk Rock-a-Billy group THE EARWIGS, which pounded the late night LA music and radio scene in the early 80's, is an underground film composer and core member of the conceptual pop collective MluM (www.mlum.com).
