Progressive singer/songwriter; if you are interested in Sting, Steely Dan, Peter Gabriel or Paul Simon you may find this of interest.
12 MP3 Songs
POP: Quirky, ROCK: 70's Rock
Details:
My first CD Positive has been a long time coming. In fact, the tracks on Positive were recorded as far back as 1994!
Positive has been a learning process: learning exactly how to pull together all the things necessary to create a cohesive record. Hopefully it does sound like a record and not just 12 songs thrown together.
I've accumulated a lot of material in the ten years leading up to this, so this CD is only the first of a number of projects we will release this year.
On this record, every sound was played by me on my old Fender electric guitars and basses, Seagull acoustic guitar and a variety of mandolins, banjos, and sundry percussion instruments like berimbau, djembe and the bones of an ass. Mixing was done here at home in rainy Seattle during Christmas of 2002.
I welcome your comments and suggestions and please do check back here often. I guarantee a regular supply of new (and hopefully interesting) things for "your dining and dancing pleasure."
Thanks for stopping by.
