After a career that included blues clubs, one woman cabaret shows, regional musical theatre and ultimately Broadway, and finally her original music, performing all over the world to thousands of fans, Julie recorded her first CD, Sheddin' My Skin in 1997. Released in 1998, fans from her role as Na'Toth, on the popular sci-fi show, Bablyon 5, quickly bought out the first pressing, and encouraged Julie to create her second CD, Struck By Lightning in 2000.
