This unique collection is played in style that borrows classical technique, virtuoso command and celtic sensibility. It was hailed at time of it's original release as groundbreaking album.
J.J.Sheridan is considered one of Ireland's leading pianists and composers. He is a former student of The Royal Irish Academy of Music, and The London College of Music. His compositions include Saint Canice's Mass, numerous piano works and arrangements. His many awards include the Esposito Medal at Dublin's Feis Ceoil, in 1971.
Based in New York, he enjoys an International career as a recitalist and soloist. He records for Trigon International. His recordings include: Irish Piano Memories, The Art of Turlough O'Carolan and The Andrew Lloyd Webber Piano Album.
