Julian âJuJuâ Wilson: Founder, Guitarist, Singer-Songwriter
A sixth generation Californian, Wilson is constantly writing new music with passion and purpose. A six-foot-five vegetarian, âJujuâ is an avid surfer and the proud father of baby boy, Ocean. Wilson describes his songwriting as âan amalgamation of everything that I've ever listened to and loved all mashed up into one small and simple little thing."
Matty Brook: Bassist
One sandal in funk, the other in Jazz, Brook lays down energetic grooves that help theJuJuCrew defy categorical definition. A native Dunedinite, Brook collaborates with several New Zealand funk and hip-hop projects.
Paul McLennan-Kissel: Drums and Percussion
Both backbone and finishing touch, PMK's lively syncopation draws from ensemble experience in New Zealand, and Central and South America. A brewer of fine beer, Paul keeps NZ tours amply lubricated.
