Former "FOOLS" drummer lays out 14 original tunes ranging in style from rockin' americana-blues to tender love songs, groove-infused pop and straight ahead comedy. Jim's chameleon-like voice changes color to fit each piece.

14 MP3 Songs
BLUES: Rockin' Blues, ROCK: Modern Rock

Details:
The second in the 'Me' series, Jim once again has us laughing and crying, sometimes at once! At times, tender and more often rockin', these 14 original songs encompass quite an eclectic variety of styles. Jim's multi-instrumental viruosity lays the perfect foundation for his powerful voice and heartfelt lyrics.

A Berklee College of Music graduate, Jim is quite at home in a variety of musical styles and instruments. A former drummer for the New England party band, "The FOOLS", best known for their classic tunes - "It's a Night for Beautiful Girls"; "Bite It!" and "Life Sucks, Then You Die", Jim could not help but be influenced by the band's unflinching, in-your-face brand of hilarious antics, backed by outstanding musicianship.

Jim's lyrical content covers anything that is in his head at the time he's writing, from love songs to his wife and family ("Heather" - "Through the Glass"), to playful jousts at line-dancing ("Dominoes") and skinny people in front of him at the buffet line ("Bare-Boned Baby"). This CD, "Me, Too" is a perfect example of Jim's willingness to lay all his feelings out there for the world to take in and do with what they will.

It's been said that in his music, Jim invites you in to his home, introduces you to his wife and kids, let's you sit in his chair and gets you something to eat. And in the end, you enjoy his home, you like his family, the chair is comfortable and the food is great!
