Hello everyone! I have been singing since I was 12 years old. I would sit in my favorite rocking chair in our music room with the lights off and sing and rock to my favorite artists. Diana Ross and the Supremes, John Denver, The Beatles, & Barbra Streisand.
I began performing with a harmony group in 1977-78 and performing Musical Theatre in 1984, and have been going non-stop ever since. My credits include: CHICAGO, BEST LITTLE WHOREHOUSE IN TEXAS, RED HOT AND COLE, SWEET CHARITY, A LITTLE NIGHT MUSIC, and MY FAIR LADY.
Four years ago I was invited to work with rap artist, Blaize Man, recording jazzy background vocals on his projects. Sometimes he would give me tracks to write my own lyrics to. It wasn't long before I had the need to write my own songs.
Two years ago I began writing songs for my own project. And 2 ½ years later, "Gotcha" was finished!
I consider myself a singer/songwriter with a wide vocal range and a unique but simple sound. I have been compared to Melissa Etheridge, Celine Dion, Karen Carpenter, and Linda Ronstadt.
Currently I am working with Gold & Platinum Record Producer, Barry Fasman, who has worked with many artists including Melissa Manchester, Air Supply, and the Bay City Rollers.
"Gotcha" offers love and inspiration. My wish is to reach those who are lost, in life, and about their faith. Give them something fresh and happy to relax them and take them away from their stressfull day.
Next on my wish list is an album dedicated to Angels and a bluesy/rock project with guitarist, Nick Brown.
