Hailing from the east bay cities Pleasanton and Livermore, JesseBackwards
brings together real alternative rock with unique ambient undertones and are
quickly rising to and exceeding expectations. The band was formed in mid
2005 by old friends, vocalist/guitarist Aaron Eckardt, and guitarist Curtis
Hawley with an intent to capture mixed emotions of both past and future in
their music. Soon after, bassist Pat Franklin and drummer Justin Carvacho
were introduced and quickly recruited to create what seems to be an
inseparable wave of determinedness, dedication and talent that will stop at
nothing to insure their spot at the top. Together these four young men catch
the eyes of every passer by and capture the hearts of men, women and
children everywhere with their smooth melodies and rocking alternative vibe.
Their new 2006 EP release "Existence Is My Own" has swept people straight
off of their feet with songs that will ring in your ears from the moment you
listen until the end of time. From playing countless shows around northern
california and winning battles of the bands in San Francisco, to playing a sold
out grammy award show after party at The Cat Club in los angeles, the boys
of JesseBackwards are prepared to strive for greatness and become a life long
