Details:
With a pocketful of intimate songs, Jenny Madison made the move to Nashville, TN. She quietly began making a name for herself as a 'triple-threat' artist that writes, plays and 'sings out' from that deepest part of the body and barest layer of the soul. Her performances bathe the listener in a lyrical wash of imagery that both console and inspire.

Madison soon landed a coveted writing deal for the most prestigious publisher in Nashville, Acuff-Rose. While the experience was a great learning period, she found herself in a position of having to choose between artistry and industry.

Growing up in Louisville, Kentucky, music was never an ambition or business, but rather a way of life. Her paternal grandmother could relate any situation to a certain song and sometimes felt compelled to sing it loud to someone she was conversing with at the dinner table or even a stranger at the grocery store. Music played an important role and seemed to make living easier.

Jenny was blessed with that deep-rooted 'music-in-the-blood' way of life but was additionally given the gift of voice so powerful that it was evident early on that she was born to perform. She witnessed her grandparents 'reaching out to touch people with music' with original songs they wrote to perform every Sunday at church. Jenny's still 'reaching out' and sharing her own life experiences through music the same passionate and honest way her grandparents did. That's the way it's supposed to be.
