"From song to song, they attack a variety of punk styles with gusto, drawing freely on LEFTOVER CRACK, BAD RELIGION, BUZZCOCKS, CLASH and more." AMP 42 Feb. 2006

14 MP3 Songs
ROCK: Punk, ROCK: Ska

Details:
Razorcake #31 âThis was an unexpected surprise. The cover art looks like Hellraiser goes to Disneyland, so I was leery what I would find inside, expecting cliches and worn-out punk rock rhetoric. There is a bit of that, but for the most part, this is a very solid record. Musically, it kind of sounds like Less Than Jake mixed with dirtier, crustier sensibilities; the ska influence is definitely there on some of the songs, but when the Inoculators crank it up this is a great vehicle for rock-n-roll fury. They also have some overtly political songs in here, which seems to be a no-no these days, but they donât dominate the record so as to solely define them as a political band. I woke up this morning with their âTwo Party Systemâs Fucked Upâ in my head-kind of a cheesy title, but it sent me blazing into the day. A solid record that is variously fun, thought-provoking, and critical of the State Of Things in the Twenty-first Century. -The Lord Kveldulfr

Verbicide #16 â...this is true-blue punk rock, and it sounds better than most of the music coming out of Southern California these days.â -Jackson Ellis

Maximum Rock-n-Roll #270, November 2005 "The funny Starbucks knockoff logo and record cover have this Robert Williams quality to them. The whole package is very slick from the high quality packaging to the highly produced sound quality. The INOCULATORS deliver sarcastic and biting messages over their melodic punk. They also like to incorporate clean, tight ska intros and breaks between power chord choruses into their songs. I say these guys are a shoe-in for the next Vans Warped super tour.(HM)"

AMP #42, Feb. 2006 âSelf produced / released debut from this LA trio. From song to song they attack a variety of punk styles with gusto, drawing freely on LEFTOVER CRACK, BAD RELIGION, BUZZCOCKS, CLASH and more. Highly eclectic. Some of it really works. Some of it is eminently dispensable. Next record should be a hit, or an absolute dud. (RK) (www.inoculators.com)

Negative Reaction #4, Spring â06 âWhile firmly in the ânew punkâ camp, this LA band know how to write good tunes and lyrically have a De Rita Sisters feel about em, ie they can write good political songs like âNot My Presidentâ and the cracking âTwo Party Systemâs Fucked Upâ but they can be downright silly as well. A professional production job and a rock/pop edge give them something of a Vandals feel, with a bit of Suicide Machines type ska thrown in, but unlike the Warped Tour bands, you canât help but like em. (7/10)

+ Album was mixed at Steakhouse by John Silas Cranfield (Horrorpops, Nekromantix, Rancid)
